COMMISSION INFORMATION

- Terms of Service -Refunds will only be given if I have not started the work in a timely manner or if up to 3 WIPs are not up to your expectations.If I need to cancel the commission, a full refund will be given.Rush Delivery Fees constitute deadlines that are under 1-2 weeks depending on the video tier.Prices are all subject to change based on complexity/time.I MUST be credited in full with my alias (Jaey) and my Twitter link.Revisions once the final video are permitted under certain circumstances. These circumstances may be a typo error or incorrect colouring. Please ask me beforehand about this if you are concerned.I have the right to refuse any commission or cancel if my T.O.S. has been violated, if I feel I am being treated poorly or not reaching your satisfaction.All assets must be provided before I start working.Lyrics must be provided (with vocalist indicators if there is more than 1 vocalist). This must be given either as a google doc link, document or text file.
Lyrics in the original language MUST be provided in the doc either after the main script, on the side of the main script or handing me the script with only the original language lyrics in it.I must be given a list of credits for all people who have worked on the project.I will only use client-provided assets, assets of my own creation, and free-use assets. If this is a commercial-use video, special arrangements need to be made in regards to assets to ensure full legal clarity.
